My wife and I had an amazing time staying at the Westin. Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, food and drinks were great and the sunsets were amazing. We had Angel for our server most nights at the restaurants and he was fantastic, along with Vicky. Juan was our drink server on the beach most times and he was amazing as well. The staff at the Westin make the trip a relaxing and stress free time. Definitely will be booking again.

The staff was amazing! Especially, Moses, Facundo, & Jesus. Everyone was very friendly and informative. The spa was incredible as well. The special touches that were requested & added to our room were perfect along with the indescribable views. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you to The Westin! We can’t put into words how grateful we are for the memories made at your resort. Anyone interested in the “romantic dinner” DO IT! Well worth the price. I literally did not want to leave. Covid restrictions were up to date and safe yet bearable. If you can get the penthouse 1606. Spend a little extra and live like royalty.

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious hotel. Beautiful looking pools and surrounding pool areas. Staff was excellent- attentive, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the food and did the all inclusive plan. Cons: As I said, both pools were beautiful but they were not heated, making them unenjoyable. The hotel is one tall building 16 stories high, which blocks the sun from 1/2 of the pool deck and from all of the beach until about noon. So for morning hours if you want some sun you are in a limited area.

Westin Cozumel was one of our best vacations! We are a family of four with teenagers and did the all-inclusive. The property was spotless, the service was impeccable (especially Angel and Jesus), the food was fresh with options, we could easily transport to the city, the snorkeling right at the resort beach was better than a paid trip, the weather was perfect for 12 days, COVID testing available on site, felt safe and the view was like a postcard! Our only two recommendations for improvement. One, the front desk should share all of the resort details in writing at check in. We asked and they didn't have anything. We didn't discover the amazing roof top pool on day one, they have companies providing tours above the lobby (ask for Oscar and do the ATV trip) and the booth by the water provides free rental for kayaks, snorkel gear, etc. Two, the room above us was under construction so we were forced to wake up early everyday due to the noise. Otherwise, we rarely return to the same location and would consider it this time! Happy traveling.

All-inclusive 11/7-11/12 2021 We loved staying at this resort! The location was perfect with beautiful decor and excellent snorkeling right from the beach. All oceanfront rooms with balconies make for gorgeous views. The all inclusive package was totally worth it with above average food and yummy drinks. Everyone on staff was very friendly and hardworking. Some stand out employees who went above and beyond for us were, Jorge at the lobby bar, Marco at the restaurant, Miguel at the pool and every waiter on the beach. The check in and out process was seamless and all front desk staff were extremely helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. We found the linens and bed comfort exceptional, housekeeping was prompt and kept our room immaculate. We found the restaurant staff to be amazing and the food quality and selections to be delicious. The hostess in the seaside restaurant was very friendly and worked hard to seat guests promptly. Staff was constantly cleaning and serving with a smile. Overall, our time at the Westin was exceptional and we can't wait to return!

Nice hotel but there’s not a lot of restaurant options. The food was good. Every room has a spacious balcony with an ocean view which was really beautiful. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly. Could answer all my questions. Service was good . They were very aware of covid precautions. They kept everything wiped down . Had sanitizers everywhere , they spaced chairs and tables appropriately . Only real negative was the lobby area had a musky smell . Not sure they air conditioned it. But over all good
