Cozy and quaint pet friendly cabin

This little charmer is your next home away from home, located 2 miles from the historic district of Georgetown north of the lake with easy access to I-70. This quaint cabin offers a full kitchen excluding a dish washer, one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer and living room equipped with an electric fireplace, t.v, wi-fi, dvd player and a sleeper sofa. There is an outdoor shed to store any equipment and two parking spaces right by the back door. We welcome pets and have a designated fenced in area to roam safely. Come and enjoy a nice view from the patio with a dog gate to keep pets safe and from roaming off and completed with a gas grill and a gas fire pit. This cozy and quaint cabin is centrally located to many mountain ammentities and activites that your heart may desire. Come and enjoy all the four seasons.... This cabin would be a perfect fit for 2 adults. We would recommend 2 but can accommodate up to 4. If your wanting a quick get away or traveling from a far, our cozy cabin is awaiting.

Cute cabin great location
Almost a tiny home. Very nice little ski hut. Great location to enjoy the front range, summit County, or even over Berthoud pass. If you're visiting in winter make sure to bring cozy slippers the floor is freezing. Fenced in yard, dog friendly, is definitely the cherry on top.

A perfect Cabin!
This was one of our favorite stays to Colorado! Our pugs loved the yard, and it was so dog friendly. The cabin was cleaner and nicer than the pics show. There is plenty of privacy and we never saw one other person even though there are cabins around. The big living room windows allowed for the prettiest sunsets and the star gazing was amazing. We really hope to stay here in the future.

Wonderful
We used this house as base camp for all our excursions around the great state of Colorado! The house was cozy and just perfect for my husband and I. The only complaint is that there was no bedside table for my CPAP and sadly there wasn't room for a table by the bed, so we had to rig up a temporary table to put my machine on for the nights we stayed there! The king bed was nice but for people with medical needs a Queen might be a more suitable option for the bedroom.

Great little cabin!
This was the cutest little cabin and allowed us to get some much needed time away from the hustle & bustle of the world. We very much appreciated being able to take our two little dogs with us and the fenced in areas in front and back were wonderful! It allowed our 'kids' to be out front with us on the deck and also have a nice grassy secure area out back to do their business. The only thing I would suggest is to let people know to bring all of their own soap and probably a wash cloth or two. When we got there, the only type of soap in the house was dish soap, meaning no hand soap of any kind. There was also only one wash cloth and one extra roll of toilet paper. Fortunately the Family Dollar was not far and we were able to buy wash cloths, hand soap, and toilet paper. The AC didn't work and there were a few days it got pretty warm, but it cooled off at night enough for good sleeping. The area was beautiful and the cabin was cozy. We highly recommend spending some time there to recharge your batteries.

Very pet friendly, but a bit noisy
Best thing about the cabin is the fenced yard and the deck closed off with a baby gate - even my big dogs were secured while I could sit outside at the fire pit. Signage inside the cabin was very clear, and it is well equipped. There is a lot of road noise - which I had guessed from a prior review, and from the proximity to the interstate, but it was significant at night - so not really possible to sleep with the windows open - and even closed, it was noisy. Fans are provided, with a note that they can be used to mask the noise too. Short drive to Georgetown lake for some nice walks, or Guanella Pass. There is a nice new open space about a mile away with access to water for dogs.

This was our third stay and we love the cabin! Quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. Clean, comfortable and the fenced yard is awesome! Great hosts. Hope to return next year!
