The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. They are doing renovations (one elevator was out of service) but they weren't intrusive. The chicken wings in the restaurant were fantastic!

Very clean, staff is very nice! It's a bit far from Gatwick airport and there's no shuttle from the ajrport

The property was great. Rooms were a good size and were clean. The pool had too much chlorine and was cloudy. The breakfast was really, really good! The front desk staff were amazing. The bar staff were somewhat inattentive. You have to flag them down everytime you need a drink refill or need to order food. But they were pleasant enough. The wait staff were young girls who were dressed in very tight, skimpy clothing. It was too much for the type of hotel and the location. I felt sad for them as it looked like they were on display.
