The Space:
Welcome to the Grand Lodge, a 3-star hotel consisting of privately owned condos managed by various companies. We manage 13 units in this building. Here are some key details for your stay.

Pros: The location is epic, just an 8-minute walk to the ski resort base. Enjoy the convenience of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Our pool and hot tub are fantastic, with indoor and outdoor sections. We maintain them meticulously. A spacious steam room adds to your relaxation. Free outdoor parking (guests are given one parking pass per room) and mini kitchenettes in every room enhance convenience.

Cons: Please note that a separate company manages the building and amenities, so last-minute decisions are beyond our control. The building is older, but we prioritize cleanliness with regular deep cleans. Rooms don't have air conditioning but offer heating.

The studio condo is located near the ski lifts, steps from Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Trailhead Discovery Museum. The room features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed. The kitchenette includes essential appliances. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, ski storage, and a fireplace in the lobby. Enjoy the complimentary ski shuttle, 24-hour business and fitness centers, indoor pool, sauna, and spa tub.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room) , EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).

The Neighborhood:
Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions that are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge Crested Butte include the Donita’s Cantina. The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 14-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $50.

-This unit is not pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 are pet friendly. This unit is on the 5th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with High Rocky Homes).
