The property was very dated. The ice machine area was cluttered with some broken down equipment and the floor was sticky. Our room was in the second building and musty and damp. Luckily, we brought our sound machine because there was a lot of traffic noise from the highway. I won't stay there again.

I have stayed here 5 times now and I am completely satisfied with all the accommodation's here. They are very friendly and have a very clean environment.

Hallways had an odor most likely to cover up smoke from other rooms. there are 2 separate buildings which would make it simple to have smoking and non smoking rooms in separate areas.

Our room was nice and breakfast room was very nice variety of breakfast foods. Beds were very comfortable. I stay here on all my trips to Crossville.
