This leads into a comfortable living room in which to relax after a long day of exploring. From here, the hallway leads onto a large, bright bathroom and a large bedroom with King size bed, space to relax and views across Crowborough and the countryside beyond. Outside, there is a private patio to the rear of the property with table and chairs to catch the afternoon sun and to the front is a small gravel area with a bench.
This location is perfect for exploring countryside walks but also allows easy access via road to nearby towns such as Lewes or Tunbridge Wells. Crowborough Beacon golf club is 0.4 miles away, whilst Ashdown Forest’s horse riding and trekking centre is only 15 minutes by car. You are also close to attractions such as the National Trust’s Scotney Castle within 35 mins and many more gardens and parklands and only a 15-minute drive from Winnie The Pooh’s Hundred Acre Wood in Hartfield. If you prefer a trip to the coast one day, then the exciting city of Brighton or the quieter town of Eastbourne are only a 50-minute drive away.
