Comfortable Waterfront Vacation Rental

Guests must register at the office unless it is after hours in which you will register at the Guard House. Unit 175 is clean and comfortable. It offers a 35' concrete dock with custom padded aluminum dock posts and swim ladder. Outdoor shower for rinsing off located on dock. Accessible ramp leads to screened patio and front door. Livingroom offers sofa bed and recliner. Bedroom offers king size bed. Kitchen offers full line appliances and four person dining table. Amenities include wi-fi, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, two bikes, two kayaks, beach chairs and bait freezer available for use. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that Venture Out charges a one-time resort amenity fee upon check-in totaling $113.00. However this fee will be raised on July 1 to $125.00. The overflow parking fee for boat trailers is $5.00 for under 20 ft. and $10.00 of over 20 ft. per day. Due to the increase in overflow parking and the lack of space in Venture Out, several businesses are offering storage for boat trailers. Great location for exploring!
The location was perfect. We had a couple diving trips scheduled, a boat charter then 2 Beach days at Bahia Honda. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to where we needed to be. Looks like some places at Venture Out you can have a boat...so good for boat folks. The security staff were kind and helpful. We made use of the pool in the evening to relax after all the adventures. GORGEOUS sunrises from where the community store is. My only warning is to remember this isn't some fancy home. It is a bit outdated but that being said everything worked and we slept well at night! We would stay again!
