I was charged more than Expedia promised. My room was overlooking a very busy street and three of the eight nights incredibly loud music from a club blared into my room until 3 am. The staff was mostly friendly but Spanish is a necessity. I loved the room, bed was very comfortable, and the deck overlooking the Rio Tomabamba was my favorite place in the City.

Good location, carpets look dirty and outdated. Front desk personnel were spotty, sometimes friendly sometimes they didn't want to be bothered. Bar staff unfriendly and dismissive.
