The stay was overall amazing except at 4am a maintenance man entered the room with a key card. I reported it to security and they simply said he made a mistake. Granted it was an accident but it was no the less terrifying. They did nothing to rectify his mistake.

The property is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The front desk staff and concierge were always helpful and offered great suggestions on what to do and gave us great information. In all, the staff tried to do its best to make guests feel welcome but there is work to do before this resort can be recognized as world class. It is not properly staffed. We understood that some of the dining and bar options would be closed but did not understand that the open options would be understaffed and that the staff would be poorly trained. There were always wait times for someone to take our orders. We had to ask for every thing we needed, sometimes silverware, sometimes water. The staff, although extremely pleasant, did not seem to have worked in a service capacity previously and certainly not in what is supposed to be a luxury resort. They were overwhelmed. Very unfair to them to understaff the resort and not properly train them. There were several times furing meals that I got up and got stuff for myself. We ate at Oceana at Dreams one night and found the staff there much more experienced. Ishita should be sent to Zoetry to help train the staff. She was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious and what we expected. We didn't always get turndown service and housekeeping was a little inconsistent but that was only a small negative. The really big thing that needs attention is training and hiring sufficient wait staff.
