Lovely hotel with amazing staff and super quaint. The location is amazing to walk around cusco and to get out from all the tourists areas but also close enough if you wanna be in the middle of everything! Can't recommend enough

A nice hotel to rest for few nights before heading to the mountains. Nice hot water for shower, comfy beds, good internet. However only odd and uncomfortable encounter we had was in the early morning like 4am a staff came into our room while we were asleep without knock. Not sure if she came to clean but she said something in Spanish and left. But we stun at the situation and unable to go back to sleep. We report the incident to the front desk later that morning, they said they would investigate abs the matter did not occur again. Other than that good

Before arriving, I communicated with the hotel about arranging airport pickup. I sent them my flight info beforehand but when I arrived at the airport, nobody picked me up. I contacted the hotel and it seemed like they forgot to arrange for my pickup, which was a huge red flag. After hiring a taxi on my own, I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient with check in but didn’t acknowledge the airport pickup mistake until I brought it up. I stayed in room 103 and it was super noisy at night. You can literally here everyone walking and talking outside in the hallway as noise echoes. Very unpleasant and none of us were able to get a good night’s rest 3 nights there. The location was desirable as it was not too close to the main square but only an 8 soles Uber ride each way that took about 10 min. One thing that was positive is their express laundry service. They charge 15 soles for every kg of laundry and it takes about 3 hours to complete. All of our clothes were cleaned in the promised time, so we were grateful about that part. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel. It’s just too noisy at night and the walls are too thin.

Charming little hotel in a nice area. Very clean. Small rooms but comfortable. Street is a little loud at night if you keep the windows open for ventilation. Great views of Cusco from many streets around the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Overall good experience!
