Very nice and helpful staff. Convenient location. The noise is a bit loud from the music on the river walk but they do end around 10pm. We were happy with our stay.

I woud choose a different hotel next time.
Our stay at the Vonda hotel was a part of a one month travel in Asia. Our observations of Da Nang in general was not very favorable and Vanda Hotel had some part in it. We booked 3 rooms for 7 people and right from the start they said we had to pay another $65/night. A lot of back-and-forth haggling started our trip on the wrong foot. Then they agreed to charge $35 total for three nights. They also claimed they didn’t have any VIP rooms to upgrade us to but another employee said it was available and took care of it. There were no welcome drinks or a gift as explained in the vip description. Initially, they only gave us one key per room, which is ridiculous considering they’re charging for the extra person and everybody may have different schedules. During checkout, we realized we left one of the keys in the room, so they made us wait until somebody went up there and got the key because they were going to charge us for the key card that was missing. I would not recommend Vanda Hotel or Da Nang as there are much better places like Nha Trang where we spent a good portion of our stay, and never had any issues. My girlfriend is Vietnamese and we both thought that. Da Nang didn’t have anything to offer us.

People at the front desk are very helpfull, but for the breakfast it was just ok, we were expecting more. The service at the breakfast is not as good as the rest of the service overall. Door person, front desk and cleaning people are excellent.

This hotel was walking distance to market and dragon bridge. We got laundry done for cheap nearby. The breakfast was really good with a large variety of food and custom order eggs. Spa was great. Bed was great. There’s a McDonald’s next door
