We loved the area however the suite did not stand up to the standards of this area. The apartment seem to have corrected some concerns of the previous reviews. If i would have seen the reviews i would have not stayed here. The floors were very dirty/dusty, there were spider webs in the corners of the shower. This place looked like it didn't have a deep cleaning for a while. I couldn't sleep because im allergic to dust and needed to run and get medication to help with my allergies. The bathroom looked unhygienic overall. I dont recommend this experience to anyone and i don’t recommend the owners of this place to be in business of service if you dont care about peoples experience. A simple sweep and mop can come a long way.

Barebones accomodations
It was an ok stay, but the entire experience and "guest suite" where we stayed seemed like an afterthought at best. This is located in the basement of their house and it seemed unused for several years. With just a little bit of thought of what people might need to have a good stay, then this would be a decent place. There were tons of little things that made the entire process tedious. Checking in was not seamless -- I also had to ask for wifi and towels. Although a very basic hot plate was provided, there was no dish soap, sponges, cooking utensils, or really dishes of any kind. Walls were neglected -- pencil marks, grime, patches, etc (a deep clean and a coat of paint would really go a long way). Not a single hook in the bathroom and a relative amount of mildew. There was also little bits of trash in the cupboards/drawers. All in all, it was extremely basic accommodations. Just 2 beds and a shower. Neighborhood is nice and I felt safe at this location.
