Almost five stars

Rooms (got to try 2 different types) are pretty spot-on (as described) and food is pretty good apart from the limited breakfast buffet selections. Room service and wait staff are quite good but the front desks personnel can definitely get better at what they do. If it weren't for the almost 1 hour late check-in due to our room not being ready, I would have ignored the poor breakfast buffet selection and not-so pleasing front desk service and gave this hotel 5 shiny stars!
