Overall the property is exactly as described in the listing. Clean rooms and living areas and great location to the wineries. I feel like since I travel a lot I need to ensure that you get the most honest feedback for this listing.
First, there’s a rooster that will wake you up around 6 AM every morning. I get up fairly early so it didn’t concern me as much as it did my two friends, but it did get annoying after a while. There’s a house directly within a rock throw away so you’ll have to deal with a barking dog and rooster.
I agree with the other review that there is absolutely zero toiletries, soap, or shampoo and conditioner. I travel a lot and have never seen this but one or two times in my travels. At the very least provide a bar of soap! Kind of crazy when you’re spending this kind of money and there’s a dollar store down the street.
We ran out of K cups after the first day. There just wasn’t enough coffee for the three ladies.
I don’t really mind stripping the beds and taking out the trash, but again that’s not that normal either. It’s why we pay a cleaning fee.
Also, very strange to me that there were two beds in the master bedroom.
Overall, my friends were satisfied, so I’m happy that they were happy. As for me, if I’m spending this kind of money, I would appreciate having at least nonstick pans or oil to cook with.
Hopefully the host will add toiletries to the bathrooms but I would suggest bringing your own!
