I didn't like the hotel at all. It was very hard to get into their rooms. I had to switch out of disabled room due to the lights had to stay on. The only switch for the lights turned off the one electrical socket availabe for use. There was only one socket to use per room. I need a electrical socket for my machine. No refrigerator in room or coffee pot.

Although the hotel was "remodeled" - new paint, carpet and blankets don't help the aging look and feel. One outlet in each room, A/C did not work, two small towels, etc.

I woke up to roaches crawling on me in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep after that so I had to leave in the middle of the night. The carpet was soaking wet next to the windows due to the large amount of condensation. The ac/heater was not working in our room.

I did not get the room that I payed for ! I booked for two beds in two separate rooms I got one room with two beds ! I also was told the heater didn’t work !

Property was not in good condition. Shower, or the AC system did not work. Room was ok, but not great smelling. Lite breakfast was supposed to be at 6 am, did not begin until an hour later. And, what’s with the $50 security deposit required at check in ? Certainly will not be back.

AC didn't work. Pool was small and dirty. Building wasn't clean. TV had no remote or guide so you spend too much time standing there searching. No reason it should be that way in todays age with what they charged. Staff was friendly but clueless and unhelpful. Free breakfast was limited, cold, and just bad. Vending machines outdated and not working properly. Staff told people staying at hotel to move their cars from convenient hotel parking so that someone could sell their parking spot for a game at AT&T Stadium. I paid for both the room and the game but had to move my vehicle to a far off space!? Uber could not find the hotel so we wasted $ on that too. Property was over priced by 5x. So very very bad. Just a scam of a property.

There were steps to get into hotel and to get to the 1st floor. I think it should have a ramp option. Steps are hard for some people and with luggage being transported, it's much easier to roll it on a ramp versus steps. The kitchen manager, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, was so nice. He greeted us both days we had breakfast with a smile and warming welcome. I wish there were a couple more options available for the breakfast bar. The location was great!!
