The hotel changed reservation from a room with a king bed without informing me before I arrived. I was given a room near the freeway and street traffic. Not what I paid for two weeks in advance. Totally unacceptable.

Very poorly lit room and shower. No place to set things on in the shower. They don't clean your room daily, change linens/towels or make the bed daily unless you stay a week or more. Had to get the bartender to find someone to check us in. Couldn't sit up in bed without the mattress sliding off the platform.

The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found for 25 minutes when we arrived. When he did come out to assist, his personality was horrible. The rooms were old with holes and cracks in the ceiling, tiny bathrooms with no closets. Basically this was a budget motel for a much higher cost! Not even close to a $200/night room, and by far the worse Aloft I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice room. The only issue we had was the outlet near the sink. The plug would keep falling out and my curling iron would keep turning off.

Nice, hip hotel near shopping and sports in Frisco

Pros: Cool, hip vibe. The mattress was extremely comfortable... probably one of the best I'veeverslept on.
Cons: It "felt" a little dirty due to the dark tiling used in the bathrooms. The concierge seemed understaffed.
Location: Tons of sports-related activites nearby... baseball, hockey, soccer, football. Lots of shopping within walking distance.
Had a comfortable stay in Frisco. Near plenty to do such as sporting events and shopping. The mattresses are super comfortable. The hotel is hip and funky, maybe not for people seeking "fancy" experience. Breakfast is NOT included.
