Body lotion bottle had been opened and used; no hot water for tea at b-fast. I called from airport to arrange a pick-up and was put on hold - and left there for an inordinate period of time. I finally hired a cab (for $33 plus a tip).

There was mold on the AC window unit and the room had strange stains and residue on furniture and counters.
