roaches. Sheets were stained. Door lock latch broken. Altercations outside of your room. People sleeping on staircase. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Ice machine broken. Would never start here again.

It was horrible, the pictures are nothing like the place. The guy in front desk was on the phone for 45 min before checking us in and it smell bad in the check in area.Beds were disgusting and yellow. There was hair and stains on the towels. I left the same day, that’s how disgusting it was. I was there for 2 hours and by the time I checked out there was cops outside the hotel already. Not in a safe part of town.

Desk clerk was rude and i think stole my ID. Prostitutes and homeless people walking around continuously. And no breakfast was served like advertised. Room was dirty had drinks from previous renters and no remote for the TV and parts missing off the ac unit plus rags laying around and even someone's fake nail on the floor. No towels in the room to even take a shower. I was too scared to open the fridge.

Disgusting and dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and it smelled like weed around the outside. I had to get a different hotel for the night

It so disgusting and unsafe..I did not stay at this hotel...rather I refused to say at such unsafe environment. The lobby was floor was dirty and there was checkin window with numerous sign about rules. I tried to call Travelocity cancel. So, the money was taken out my account to pay for a hotel that was too dirty to check in to. I change hotels ..I stayed at a LaQunita in Addison. You would do me a service for returning my money. I have been spreading it around do not stay at this hotel.

Check in was ok but check out unfortunately was annoying, the person in charge was doing too much to give me my 20 dollars back , he was checking his camera , he was rewinding some videos IDK what was his deal but I have to be to the airport and he didn’t care , he has all day to do his investigation, We HAVE TO GOOOO ! Place was garbage with new paint… the kind in my check in was a lil better , a lil more friendly… The location is in industrial kind a area.. so nothing going on , pretty depressing, but that’s my own fault to get a cheap place to stay

I neverngot to actually stay at the hotel. , i had a problem paying for the room...something was wring with their machines..it kept decling and my cards never decline...i finally paid on the travelocity app got back to the window to get my room key and hes says no more rooms..a week later im still waiting on my refund..and then thwy put a hold on my credit card ao i havent had acces to my funds for over a week. O went 10 minutes down the road and got a room uses the same cars with out incident...terrible customer service. My refund shouldnt have been an ussue with either of them!!!
