The manager cancelled or room 2 hours before we arrived and did not contact is. He informed the poor guy at the desk but didn't tell him he hadn't called us.

Hotel staff was very rude, rooms had pungent vile odors, room door stuck every time I went in and out, I had to request maintenance help to get in room. Bathtub was full of hair. Small children running up and down hallway late at night with no Adult supervision. I made a request for a call back from District manager Never got a call back. I will never stay here again, just a waste of good money.

Never made it... after it was booked they called when I land it said I had no room it was very busy that night and I felt like they gave it away to someone else .....It’s just a hotel game

Double Charged
Cons:No free Internet, no breakfast
Upon checking my credit card statement, I realized we were double charged for this hotel. The credit card that they took for "incidentals" was charged FULL room price. Be very aware when using this hotel. It took several days to get them to reverse the charges. Will NOT use again.
