Showed up at 4pm and our room was not ready waited 1/2 hour and finally got in to the room found several small bugs in the comforter got out of there as fast as possible. Place is dirty and staff is rude.

The hotel as well as room were beautiful, however,, one of the amenities that attracted me to book at the hampton, (indoor pool and hot tub), was the availability of the indoor pool and hot tub,

Love Hamptons, however this time we couldn't check in until 4:00. Front desk blamed on housekeeping and younger desk person didn't have good people skills. Older desk person had it together. My husband and I felt the General Manager should have been helping them. Rooms were very clean.

Free breakfast was good. Staff was fine. Didn’t like the sink set-up. The spout extended too far and I couldn’t keep the drain open. Also the charge station by the bed didn’t work.
