While the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good, the overall hotel is in bad need of updating and cleaning. No room service unless a 4 night minimum. Had to ask daily for new towels, coffee, cups, etc. Towels and trash kept accumulating. One elevator out, business center closed, only breakfast is served, bar closed. I chose this place on the fact they didn't charge for parking and we had multiple cars this trip. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in and will not stay at this one again.

Being near everything was great! Downside was there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

We drive over 300 miles to SWU Hospital . This a very handy place to stay . A diner across the street ,very good food . The Holiday Inn is not in the best of shape but it's clean and friendly .. All places have things that go wrong? Three elevators ,one out of order, another sounds like its going up or down the hills in San Francisco ! The other is a smooth ride .. House keeping keeps that one in service all day. .The windows are nasty on the out side .. Every body is coming back from the Co-vid thing hope to have good times again..??
