After calling the hotel to inform them of our late arrival, they assured me that my room would be held. However they gave our room away anyway. We had to stay somewhere else. That is the last time I book through a 3rd party site.

I reserved two double beds because it was going to be two men staying in the room. They said they over booked the double beds so all they had was a king size bed. So we left.

It was a brand property with a great location. Parking was kind of strange (in the back of the property) but still okay. It would have been 5 stars except the front desk clerk who checked me in on Saturday, AUG 24 (4:00 pm) and Sunday, AUG 25 (8:30 am) was not friendly at all. Asking her to print a receipt appeared to be a complete inconvenience.

This is a great hotel and it’s in an awesome location. We were very impressed with how new everything was and how cool the rooms were, especially for the price! We would definitely stay here again:)

Room was clean and nice. Staff were polite but would have appreciated a smile or an how are you. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. Overall average for the room rate but overall a very pleasant experience.
