Should not be a partner for Top Secret Hotels

Pros: Leaving
Cons: Rooms that are actually cleaned and inspected.
Location: The best thing you could do in the area is run...from the bed bugs.
I have chosen several top secret hotels in the past and all have worked out. This one in particular wasn't a well known brand. I arrived to find bed bugs, large burned holes in the carpet, burn marks on the bed, burn marks on the bathroom counter, a lot of dog hair in the chair, a floor that had a lot of debris and hadn't been vacuumed, and garbage thrown into the vents of the air conditioner. I have never experienced anything like this.

Not a 2 star hotel

This hotel actually is in Addison, but included in Frisco-Plano west area to trick you into staying...should be in north Dallas zone so beware when finding a deal. Not happy! Rooms are smoking, mine reeked of smoke, made my kids sick, phone was broken, food from previous guest still in fridge, found a dog carrier under bed so obviously housekeeping only does a quick cleaning and doesn't care, Pros: internet adequate Bed comfortable

Not classy...way too much commotion and drama!

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, dirty
I checked in and, within 5 minutes, I heard loud banging and screaming coming from a nearby room. After a few more minutes, a woman began screaming, so I looked out the door to see her being pushed out the window onto the floor (thank God for the balcony). She ran, mostly unclothed, to neighboring rooms screaming for help...police arrived and there was commotion for the better part of the next three hours while the room was searched, drugs confiscated, and the parties carted off to jail. While the desk clerk was mildly apologetic, she certainly wasn't surprised by the incident and no one has contacted me to offer any sort of recompense for the inconvenience of the ordeal. In addition to that, the room smelled of stale grease, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was questionable. NOT somewhere I will ever stay again.
