There was feces on the sheets. The linens were not changed in all 3 beds there were ants crawling on the bed sheets and stains on the bed. I woke up the next morning to my nephew sleeping on the couch. I asked him what happened and he said the sheets were dirty and there were ants on the bed. So I went to look and the linens had not been changed, there were visible stains, and there were bugs. The couch wasn't any better, given that there were stains and he couldn't extend the futon because it was broken. I spoke to an employee and they let me know this issue has continuously come up. I spoke to Mrs. Childress she contacted me once with false promises and I never spoke to her again. Also I couldn’t check in for 3 hours because they were supposedly cleaning the room throughly because of COVID. I booked a 2 bedroom suite.

My saw roach crawling on the night stand in the living room and I took a picture of dead roach in the refrigerator. Other than those two issues it was a pleasant stay but not worth the pay I paid per night.

Nice Hotel near SMU

Pros: Super Quiet
Cons: Our particular room just had a shower, not shower/tub combo. That might be listed when booking rooms in amenities.
Location: Lots of food locations
We stay in Dallas frequently and the location of this hotel is perfect for restaurants, stores and whatever you would like to do in the area. The rooms were very clean and it is a quiet location.
