Good location and breakfast but the hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and maintenance. There was a skunk like smell in the hallways. Our room had wet spots on the floor and I saw live roaches on our kitchen floor. The 2 room suite did not have a blow dryer and the property was unable to locate one for me. One of our rooms also had the AC quit working in the middle of the night.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was a good experience. The facility was nice and well-maintained during our stay. The only problem we had for our four person suite was that we had to request towels and toilet paper on one of the days of our stay, because the housekeeping staff was either slow to clean our room, or skipped over it on one of the days. The front office staff, however, sent someone from housekeeping immediately to service our room when we requested it.

We loved the 2 bedroom suite! So roomy for our party of 7. All of the staff were incredible to work with, very friendly and helpful. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a very welcome addition and kept the bedrooms very cool and comfortable for sleeping. There was just one elevator and it was broken down the last couple days of our stay, but with only 3 floors that wasn't much of a problem for us. This is a good location for visiting Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth and Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife has Parkinson's Disease and I forgot to ask for a handicapped room when reserving it. When I arrived the hotel was booked solid due to the football game in town. When I asked if anything was available for a handicapped person the young man graciously found a wonderful room that more than met our needs. I was so surprised.

Overall the property was great, except that the front lobby was under construction. The website showed breakfast is available at this facility, but no one at check-in informed us where the breakfast would be held due to renovations. We found out after checking out that breakfast was provided.

I liked the cleanliness. It felt clean. It felt more like a condominium than a hotel. We needed extra towels and a tv remote control since our room didn't have one. The concierge brought them in less than 5 minutes! I didn't like the breakfast potatoes, or the breakfast juices. They did not taste good but everything else was fine at breakfast.

property was under construction. dish washer was left on when we entered the room, had to turn off and the bath room sink facet cold and hot was reversed cold was on the left should be on the right.
