$31 Valet is not worth the price. It’s easier and more time efficient to park in the garage across the street. It’s the same garage the valet uses, and will save you 20 minutes of wait time, and costs half the price. Also, the room windows do not block sound very well, wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper or have small children. The club on elm plays loud music.

Booked a king room and at check in I was given a single handicap room. Very disappointing. Not sure where the miscommunication happened between Travelocity and hotel indigo.

I reserve a room thru you guys and I asked for a King bed. When I get there the staff gave me a Handicap room (with a non comfortable shower) with no king bed... When I asked for a room change, they decide and inform me (in 30 seconds¡) that the bed was only "optional" for them and that they didn't have other room to offer... Is the FIRST time in 15 plus years that I have a bad experience using this service¡
