Good morning Sarah. Please allow me to begin by apologizing for any inconvenience that you experienced during your stay with us. It is always our expectation to provide the best possible service and to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible. I am sorry if we fell short of that. A dirty room is never acceptable-as well as a dirty ice bucket or receiving housekeeping service. Per hotel policy, housekeeping is provided every 3 days on reservations 4+ nights. After a careful review of notes from the 3 days you stayed with us and any changes to your reservation, I was not able to locate any communication for said issues. Again, please accept my sincerest apologies-had we know about these issues, I can assure you they would have been resolved immediately. I am sorry to hear that you will not allow us a chance to redeem ourselves-but we do wish you all the best!
