The property was okay! The check in process was not good because the front desk told us we did not have a reservation there so I went outside and called. I went back in and a new receptionist was there and told me that someone had already checked into my room with the same name as me. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get this resolved. Then they had to find me a room comparable to the one I had reserved.
