The beds are horrible!! Im dealing with serious back pain now! The food is ok. The staff was very nice though and i really appreciated that!

Kids jumping and running in room one floor above all night and into the early hours. Asked manager to correct the situation at 11:15 pm after trying to sleep for 2 hours but he was unfriendly & unresponsive, at best. We couldn't stand it anymore by 3:00 am and called the manager a second time. About 20 minutes later it stopped. Mold and paint peeling from the pool ceiling. The chair to help my wife into the pool did not work and probably had not for awhile. Got the excuse, "battery not charged". Thought the manger could have dreamt up a better excuse. Overall, a bad experience. Our opinion of Wyndham is very low right now. Will not hesitate to communicate our "experience" with your hotel to our other traveling friends, business acquaintances, and relatives.
