We enjoyed the property for the most part. The room was clean, the carpet in the hallway needs shampooing, badly. Traffic noise was troublesome on Friday night. Sounded like a drag race was going on outside. Inside the hotel, we weren't aware of any noise problems. Our room needed a fridge, we had restaurant leftovers. That would be my biggest complaint. Please bring back the hot breakfast. Granola bar, muffin and juice?

The first front desk agent was very pleasant and friendly tried to help anyway he could. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a handicap double room. No microwave or fridge and no cable. The second front desk agent was kind of creepy though. I was with my step daughter and we asked for masks, he asked our names in order to get a mask. Then we were having a conversation about her height and she said she had really long legs and he was so eager to agree with her.

At checking in nobody told us about all restrictions in amenities including lack of take-away breakfast. Hallways, except reception, were not properly clean. City of Dallas should inspect room 214 which has a huge crack in ceiling, walls and floor. It was not a good choice from our part, especially considering the number of hotels in the area. It won't be a next time in this place

Thank you for your feedback. My apologies that you didn't get to experience our Wake Up on the Bright Side breakfast. The offering was suspended beginning in May of 2020 due to COVID-19. Most of the third-party booking sites have disclaimer FAQs on the topic. However, the front desk agent should have mentioned this to you at check in as a reminder. We hope that with COVID-19 ending, we can again offer all of our amenities and regain your business.

Everyone was helpful and attentive. As i am allergic to dust, i feel that management should ensure that AC filters and curtains are periodically cleaned/replaced and that room carpets are thoroughly vacuumed. I am not saying all these items were dirty, but my allergies acted up: i would start with the AC filters.
