This property was absolutely disgusting. My room was dirty and had left over rose petals from previous person. The bathroom was broken and the property smelled like smoke. The room was extremely noisy we could hear the people walking above us and their squeaky bed everytime they made a move. They refused to change my room. We could literally feel springs in the mattress. The staff was extremely disrespectful to us and my children did not want to stay. We had to book somewhere else for our second night. We tried to get a refund but they refused to do so. We will be contacting corporate.

The elevator was non operational. I am partially handicap and have a hard time using stairs. The ac in our room would not cool. Our room was very warm overnight when we wanted it cool. An hour and a half before check out our room keys no longer worked. Seems they were deactivated. I asked front desk she said it could be time change. There is no time change right now. Good thing someone stayed in the room because we would not be able to get in on our own. Sure staff could let us in but we t why the issue. Our restroom door would not close correctly. So no privacy. We had a non smoking room but the entire 1ST and 2ND floor smelled of smoke. Along with the staircase. It was not just cigarette smoke. It was also some other substances. This has been the worst stay we have had. This hotel is our usual go to but not sure it will continue being.

Liked the location. Appreciated real coffee mugs, instead of cardboard. The bath towels were a bit small and flimsy.
