I like that the next day they came to fixed the water. The night before no running water and called but no answer

I assume since we used Travelocity they put us in the back property where it felt dirty and unsafe.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP!! This place looks very sketchy on the outside and security seems nonexistent. Like I felt like I was going to be robbed. The door to my room had a big ass crack at the bottom. Big enough for a lizard or any type of rodent to squeeze through. Everything seemed otherwise fine at first until I woke up and got on my phone and I FELT A BUG LAND ON MY ARM!! Girl.. it was a damn roach. Still have the picture. I called the front desk requesting immediate assistance or to be moved to a roach free room and it was as around 6 or 7am and the front desk was VERY laxed about it and made it sound like there was nothing they can do and said id have to check back after check out. I sat up. Turned on every light. Checked my bags to make sure they weren’t attacked. And I heard ANOTHER ONE fly pass me. I packed up my car and left only receiving a partial deposit edit d and management’s energy was very much so “IDGAF we can’t fix it” and questioned me as if I was lying. Do NOT stay here!! The RR in Addison is very clean and not sketchy. I’ve stayed at 10 RR locations and this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had. It was fricking disgusting bro. Shouldn’t be open.
