We had no hot water- none. No showers taken for 2 days- even after switching rooms. They put us in the wrong room (even after I made it clear we were in the wrong room), then made us move to the correct room the next day after they realized I was right. We were supposed to have a crib in our room when we arrived (at 1am). When I confirmed it on check in, they said it was not in there, but would get it right away- We waited until 3 am and finally just had to go to sleep without it.

Although there was quite a delay in my check-in, the staff and accomodations were excellent. The decor was unique and the the room and hotel was extremely clean.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are unique and roomy. Everyone is very friendly. We had a couple of issues and the staff worked very hard at making them right. It’s a great location. We were two blocks from the Majestic Theater were we had tickets to a concert so we were able to walk. We will go back.
