NOT SATISFIED WITH LOCATION, ROOM WAS DISAPPOINTING , WE DECIDED NOT TO STAY THERE. WE CHECKED OUT TURNED IN RM KEY BREAKFAST PASSES. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

John,I'm sincerely sorry that you didn't like the location of your room. Had you expressed this to us, we would have been more than happy to move you to a different section of the building. Some people like the back side where you were because it's quieter. Some people like the front side for the view. Please note, although you said you dropped your key at the front desk, we showed no record of that and you ended up being charged for the full stay. I have credited that back to you so you should see the refund within 72 hours. Again, please accept my apologies that you weren't happy with our location.

we didn't like the room, are view looked into a neighbors yard.We were celebrating a birthday, and were not happy with the layout so we turned the key into the office and went elsewhere. We did not stay there at all.

Well…Travelocity said the check in was at 3pm but it’s actually at 5pm. However, I was able to check in at 4:15pm so be careful to know that Travelocity doesn’t have all the info from its hotels so if checkin time is important I would suggest calling the hotel directly. Good luck!

Close to the beach. Very late check in 5pm with no willingness to get in early. Carpets were gross had to keep socks on because the carpets felt sticky and left my feet dirty. Complimentary breakfast was good overall. The hotel was in the process of upgrades. Our suite was spacious and well equipped - even the pull out couch was comfortable.
