Great location for traveling with kids. Room (2 bed/2bath suite) was spacious and clean. Parking filled up quickly, resulting in parking in side lot a few times, but area felt safe even late at night. Security was super helpful when we arrived for check-in at 3:30am after flight delays. Only negative is we were never able to get connected to WiFi, and even with a 4-night stay, had no housekeeping services. However, facility was responsive to our request for additional towels and coffee. Overall, great location and would stay again.

The place was clean staff was great however this is a time share facility . Lots of noise with kids and all night we heard knocking on our bedroom wall, singing upstairs, singing which concerned us especially with all the issues happening now in the world.

i wish they would of told me about the deposit i didn’t know it was 200$ and so it was 250 at check in and it made me short for rent if it take 3 days wednesday is the 1 st

We apologize for any issues you experienced upon your check in. On the "Important Information" section on the website it does state there is a 200 security deposit as well as a resort fee of 27.50. If you read through the website you will find it. We appreciate you staying with!
