Everyone was very helpful & friendly - the rooms & pool have been updated. The only thing I didn’t like was as the door to outside by the parking lot ( other end of building away from office ) was broken and anyone could walk-in off the street - did not feel safe/ secure

When I searched for a hotel in the area and this hotel can up as a great hotel for families and it was not. The hotel room was not clean. My husband observed drug paraphernalia on top of a pop machine. And in general the some of the clientele had some unsavory life choices. The staff were very pleasant.

The room was not properly cleaned. The window had no screen. I was charged more than the amounted quoted by Travelocity. I am currently disputing with the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They will never get my business again!

Pros: I WILL NEVER STAY AT A QUALITY INN AND SUITES AGAIN
Cons: Post rules, make guest sign in upon check in, take up issues with whomever is paying for the room. shouldn't have to pay extra for a clean room
I went and checked in while my bf unloaded the car. Check in was easy, I pointed out to the clerk who I later found out was the manager, my bf and 3 children. He said nothing except for enjoy your stay. When we got to the room, there was a messy toilet, a very slow drain in the sink. Unbeknownst to me, my bf went to the front desk to complain. The manager charged him an extra $40 in cash for a clean room. This manager had no right to take that up with my bf as my card was the one being used for payment and only my name was given. They never asked for the names of the 3 kids or the boyfriend. . Saturday, we went to the graduation, came back and the room had not been touched by housekeeping. We brought the Graduate and a few family members back to the hotel so the kids could swim. No where in the room booklet or the swimming area was it posted that swimming guests were an extra $10 dollars per person. Instead of arguing and ruining a great day, I went and paid the 40 dollars via a different card then I used at check in. The manager said it was policy t sign them in, again not posted and again, upon admission, he did not specify that as they walked past the desk to go to the elevator. After checkout, I looked at my receipt to see that he charged my original card again, another 40 bucks for 4 extra guests, but upon check in, I only had 3 kids who only stayed the one night. I am currently waiting on Corporate to call me back for some resolution of the extra expenses.
