When i checked in i was told the water was off. Unsanitary should have given some water or a discount. I was due to check out on Thurs and I had to get up at 7am because the water was going to be shut off at 8am and not turned back on until 4pm. For the inconvenience some sort of discount or voucher should have been offered.

Good location, clean, there was no hairdryer though. I am disabled and room was near the side outer door on the first floor which was nice.

Initial impressions were great but the more we looked around the room we noticed how dirty and neglected the room was.

Well in this Covid world where we all must be masked and muffled. I don’t understand why they would set up a live band right behind where you go to check in! I could barely hear anything that was being said with the music in the background.

Task desk has terrible legroom. Lighting poor for makeup application. Ac could not keep up. Pool was closed, but it was still 90 outside. Beds were comfortable and slept very well. Pillows were of different densities and were very good. Not quite average for a property in this price range.
