I was very frustrated when I checked in to find the pool was out of order. The only reason I booked a hotel was to be able to use the pool with my kids before we went to a concert later that night. We were within driving distance to return home & I would have never booked if the information was shared. You need to notify customers if major amenities of the property are out of order. Kids were very disappointed.
