This bright, open-concept townhome is located in the heart of the historic South Park district of Dayton Ohio. The spacious property was originally built in the 1800's and was renovated to carefully curate some of the original aspects of the home, such as the sturdy clawfoot soak tub and hardware and one of a kind woodwork you can only find in an older home. The tall ten -ft ceilings make for the perfect gathering space for a bigger group of guests. Come stay with us!

Perfect for our specific needs!
I am so glad we found this place! We were trying to make a low key sweet 16 special for my daughter and it was 100% successful! Our two night stay consisted of great family time while we crafted some decorations, a nice very short morning stroll to Ghostlight coffee (great vibe), teenage getting ready (plenty of mirrors and plugs), food prep (everything we needed was there). Downstairs bedroom was perfect for grandma and upstairs was good for the rest. Comfy beds. We went to nearby ice skating and friends came back after. Living room was perfect for hanging out, playing games. We brought the Switch and it was easy hookup for the kids to play Just Dance to end the night. The couch in the living room had been changed out from the pictures, but we probably prefer this one, comfy! The house had a great feel and flowed nicely. The large pantry was perfect for storing extra items we brought. The Family Dollar was a convenient walk for the few items we forgot. We felt safe and really appreciated the opportunity to gather here!

Great place to stay!
We stayed for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect! Charming home, with plenty of space for a small crew. The host was helpful with any questions we had during the stay, and the amenities and location with things to do around Dayton were great.

Weekend dance competition
We chose the townhouse due to the location. Our girls were competing in a dance competition at the convention center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic. It had everything you needed, and more. Lovely toiletries were provided and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay there again.

Great space for the weekend!
This property is the perfect space for a weekend getaway. My friends and family that stayed with my husband and I loved the house. It is well decorated, designed, and has a cozy feeling! Wish we could have stayed longer to experience staying in the house longer. The property manager Taylor was great to work with. Really communicative and welcoming.

Stunning place with a super communicative host! Great taste in decor. Good coffee on the corner!
Breezed through town with a show and felt so relaxed and comfortable going home to this amazing property. Taylor was very welcoming and accommodating of any and all questions. Loved this place! Hope to stay again.
