Be aware. They charge extra per dog, which is not said anywhere on this website, which makes an affordable night and affordable for those traveling with multiple pets.

The staff was courteous. But in the room, the tv did not work. The coffee pot had a mis-matched carafe and basket which didn’t let the coffee drip into the carafe, causing it to overflow and make mess. The whole hotel had a feeling of disarray. The night clerk wanted us to park in the back (very dark) instead of coming through the front door. We came through the front door anyway.

The property hasn't been updated recently, but this is reflected in the price. The service is exceptional and the staff is friendly. Doesn't hurt that there is a Bob Evans restaurant right across the street.

Staff processed my card with out asking me, when I had brought cash to pay for my stay, there where stains on the gold blanket cover and a huge stain on our carpet and also many places through the building. The glass on the picture in our room had shattered glass. complimentary breakfast wasn't what was advertised. They had the dinning area closed and they offered green team coffee, granola bar, apple, a breakfast sandwich smaller than my 8 yr old had. There was 4 of us and only two sandwiches. Staff didnt keep things plenished. The staff was on the computer and personal phone the entire stay in the lobby.

The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling, there was a fake nail on the floor, there was mold on the caulkling around the bathtub. Also stains on both sets of sheets, a pill under the air conditioner and when I woke from a very restless nights sleep there was a ROACH by my pillow. I am mortified.

This hotel was a pretty good bargain.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Although the complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, the price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the accommodations.
