The only thing this hotel has going for it is the view. States the check in is 4, at 6 no room ready. The staff is rude, the room was dirty, the halls weren’t vacuumed once in 5 days, outdoor tables had big chunks busted off and paint that peeled off and stuck to your skin. Tiles falling off the outer windows by the pool, uneven tiles around the pool that I, and several guests, tripped over. Broken railing leading into the pool. A horrific smell of a dead mouse in the entryway leading out to the pool. And the list goes on. Never again..

The accomodations were acceptable, the pictures made it look bigger than it actually was but it was fine for the most part. The hotel staff were very friendly but were not willing to enforce their own rules. The hot tub was clearly marked "no children under 12 unsupervised" however even after a child pooped in the hot tub and it had to be closed, they still did nothing when small children were allowed to continue to use the hot tub alone

We love the rooms, property and most of the staff. Check in was problematic as we waited over an hour past check in time in order to get in our room. Overall though, we love this hotel!

I'm still waiting for the manager or hotel establishment or travelocity to get back to me regarding my room and the stay. It was unsanitary and I would like some kind of compensation.
