Our room was full of ants. Bugs were crawling all over the carpet and into the bed. The manager didn't seem to care.

Nice, clean, well-located hotel. But check -in process was a disaster. Unable to check in early to we returned to try again at 3:50, 10 min before official 4:00 checkin. Clerk explained that our room was inadvertently checked in to someone else, and a room would be ready for us any minute. We stood there for 25 minutes which they kept assuring us that wanted to be sure the room was clean. We were finally checked in at 4:20, well after their promised check-in time.

Nice property good continental breakfast. Hotel located right on the beach. Check in was to be at 4pm could not get in till 7:30pm because problems with getting rooms clean. Lousy way to start vacation.

Took way too long to check-in. Only one person at desk and I was second in line. Then was told about fee for parking. Didn't see that detail on web site. By the time I got checked in and got into parking garage and room I was off to dinner. First 3 restaurants within walking distance of hotel were full or private party only. Got stuck eating at Clancy's Cantina. What a joke! Mexican food NOT!!!
