The property has amazing views. It seems poorly maintained as ice makers were not working, some outlets in room did not work, very poor internet speed/service, very little cell service. The staff was poorly trained. None of the 3 people behind the counter could make a change to our reservation without fee. This even though they had a long waiting list. Also took over 45 minutes to get checked in. The restaurant across the street had good food, but pricey.

First time staying here and absolutely loved it. Clean rooms friendly staff. The restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food and staff were great. Will definitely be back.
