Find adventure or come to unwind in this newly constructed guest suite with a fresh decor.
Deerfield/Epsom is centrally located and is less than an hour to Portsmouth, Hampton Beach, and the Lakes Region or mountains.

The Garden suite is newly constructed with a fresh decor. We are located on a quiet dirt road and still central to everything NH has to offer: I’m ocean, lakes, mountains, local craft breweries, and shopping.
Deerfield is nestled among 3 state parks offering year round nature walks, hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and more. Quiet and private location that is perfect for trail walkers and star gazers, yet close to necessities such as groceries and gas.
There are 2 boat launches less than 10 minutes away and snowmobile trails nearby.

Guest suite consists of one bedroom w/ a queen bed, bathroom with large shower, living room w/queen sleep sofa, and kitchenette. Private entrance, ample parking, patio area w/grill, chairs, solar lights, flower gardens, and small yard.

The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer oven, hot plate, toaster, and insta pot. There is also a full-sized propane grill for outdoor cooking.

Guest have their own parking, yard, and patio area. There is a short trail in the property that guests may walk.

I live upstairs and am available via text to answer questions or recommend things to do.

I live with my 3 Great Danes. They are friendly and fairly lazy sleeping most of the time, but do bark on occasion (they are dogs, after all). They are also fenced in away from guest area. You are welcome to meet them if you’d like. Just ask 😊

The "Garden Suite" was welcoming and just as pictured. Well appointed. Hostess thought of everything you'd need. Location was convenient to visiting friends in Candia. Comphy bed. Would stay there again.

Quiet and comfortable
We had a very nice stay at Millie’s secluded spot. It was wonderful overall! The rare time the dogs barked, the noise was far enough away and muffled enough that we easily tuned it out and forgot about it. The place was very clean, neatly appointed, and very well air conditioned on a hot July day. We will definitely consider staying again!

You can tell how good the host is by the details. Millie provided great details. From her friendliness to the basket of chips on the refrigerator. The apertment looks like it was just remodeled last week. Plenty of towels and linnens, and she included a sofa bed for a couple of extra people. Water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, a bottle of wine on the table, new toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. One thing you don't see in the photos is an airfryer. I will definately stay there again when the need arises.

Mountain views
Millie, the owner, is amazing. Place is clean, fully-stocked and very comfortable. Pictures are very accurate. Location is near Mountain View’s and, even though we went for the Suncook Hot Air Balloon Festival (go to the early morning liftoffs) we may come back in the fall for the foliage. Highly recommend.
