I contacted the hotel on the day of checkin after our flight was cancelled 2 mins before boarding and left me in Tennessee that night of my stay. I called and informed the hotel, the young lady I spoke with said I had to go thru Travelocity and the manager was not there. I explained I had to book a different route (no longer going to Denver) so needed the refuns. Travelocity assisted me in my request but the hotel stuck to their fun on no refund. No problem but you lost more than a one night stay. I had planned to use the hotel when I come to Moab, UT BUT not now. Enjoy that 150 highs plains it cost you more than that in business. Friends were heading to Denver for a wedding and they asked to scout hotels. Well I scoped and will report back the unwillingness to assist when things out of your control occurs.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. The construction noise that others complained about was not an issue the dirty room with a chair that had who knows what on it and housekeeping knocking on the door at 7:00 am with no do not disturb signs available was terrible.
