The hotel was run down, the light bulb was hanging from the lamp, the legs were broken off the chair so it was sitting on the floor, the mattress was caved in the middle. The key only worked once in a while and the security person told me to “lick the card, it helps it work better”

Door lock in room would only open once in every 4-5 tries; front desk sent mechanic, but he was unable to get it to work reliably every time. This was a minor inconvenience. Room was quiet, which is great!

This place was filthy and disgusting. The staff was rude and not helpful when I couldn’t get into my room bc the key card reader was broken. Then it turned out to not even be the type of room I requested. Maintenance took over 2 hrs to even show up to try to fix the reader and he was very agitated like I was inconveniencing him. Just overall terrible experience. I should have read the other reviews.

They were horrible, obvious management issues. Poor COVID cleaning practices, told us we could use the shuttle then said no, had no restaurant or bar hours. Staff had no interest in helping.

Our room was comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. The hot breakfast was a welcome return to normal. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
