The room was spacious. The liner of the shower curtain was dirty. The hinges on the door were rusty. Unfortunately, I didn't know the hotel was paid to park until I arrived.

I was so happy with my stay at the Doubletree. Impeccably clean everywhere, safe and well staffed. I ended up having my 2 year old grandson spend the night and had a crib delivered with no issues. We had kid friendly dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurants which both arrived quickly and deliciously. We went to the pool which was clean and very nice. The room was extremely quiet for us (and hopefully for our neighbors). Food is available when the restaurants are closed complete with a Starbucks coffee machine. Everyone was eager to help in every area. I will stay here every time I visit Denver now. Perfect location for me!

Nice place to stay. Would return. Shower could have used a little attention. Stained grout/caulk and the door leaked water out onto the floor soaking the bath mat. Everything else was fine.

Quite, clean, nicely remodeled. Room was way too hot and could not be cooled down. The front desk told me the next day I should have come down and they would switch rooms. I was tired, it was late and it seemed like a hassle so I didn't do it. Also, the parking garage is ridiculous - don't attempt to park in the lines as you won't be able to get out of your car because the spaces are so small.

Our hallway, room and elevator had a strong sewer smell. The front desk offered to move us, but we had dinner reservations and were just too tired when we returned. And it wasn’t just us as another couple commented that it was the same on their floor. I asked for a maintenance person to come and check, but as far as I know, that didn’t happen. Luckily I had brought some Lysol with me, so that helped. Additionally, we didn’t have my washcloths. We ended up using hand towels in the shower.

I didn’t like that the lounge was closed and there was no breakfast. Especially since I asked about both when I booked the reservation and both was confirmed that Double Tree had both amenities.
