Stays here are usually exceptional. This 4 day stay the complimentary breakfast had ONE staff to handle cleaning, maintaining 4 stations, (one was cooking made to order omelettes), busing tables, etc. which was impossible. Many guests gave up on made to order items, because no one was there. This was NOT a reflection of the staff, who was a very upbeat, hardworking woman, except one day a male was the staff. The staffing decision was obviously the issue. I thought the Thanksgiving Day holiday was to blame but it was like this 3 of the 4 days. Sunday breakfast had more staff but the made to order station wasn't offered Sat/Sunday.

Everything was great except …

The light switches in the room are confusing. The dishwasher in the room beeped because the door was open. Closing the door starts the machine. Reset button didn’t help. I had to unplug it. They have 5 parking spots reserved for hybrids. Why? Hybrids don’t need anything special. Get some EV parking. Morning coffee was terrible. All of the creamers were sour.

We have stayed at the Element several times. Our stays have always been great. This last visit however was less than what we are accustomed to. In the bathroom a what appeared to be a diaphram was left under the bathroom sink on tissue paper and a toilet paper roll was placed on top of it. It was quite disgusting but didn't change our view of the Element. The reminder if our stay was quite nice and relaxing.

Great Stay!!

We stayed for 2 nights this last June. The price was very good for the room we got. Better prices than other hotels around the area. We had a studio with a king bed and a sofa pull out. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had our kids 5 yrs. and 8 months and it was perfect for us. We requested a crib for our little one and even though they were out they were able to get another from a different hotel just to accommodate us. That alone was great!!! The room had a full kitchen. Stove, fridge, sink, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave. It even had plates and silverware and pots and pans. Everything was perfect for our stay. The people at the front desk were very nice and quick to check us in. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.
