Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Relaxing time at the Farmhouse
Our 3 generations truly enjoyed The Farmhouse. Relaxing atmosphere with serene views of wildlife and the beautiful Colorado mountains. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of room to just hang out in the living area. Located close to groceries, shopping and good eats! We took day trips to Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. We will be back for sure!!

Easter Stay
Our family consisting of 3 adults and 2 children stayed at the guest house over Easter weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and very well organized. Shannon was extremely responsive to any of our questions and needs during our stay. She kindly allowed us to stay longer on Easter Sunday since our flight out of Denver was not until later in the evening. We are so appreciative. We would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend the house to our friends.

The property and views are as advertised. We extremely love the relaxing atmosphere, that allowed us to just decompress. The views in every direction are beautiful. We enjoyed nice sunny sitting outside weather, one day, and a snow shoveling party with Shannon and her family when the snow storm rolled in. As advertised, and Definitely was worth the stay!

Well, I hesitate to give this gem a review because more people will know about it! Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. This charming, spacious farmhouse with its privacy & marvelous vistas of pastures and horses is fantastic. We were only 11 minutes away from our son in Englewood, but it seemed like worlds away. Shannon provides everything you need-the amenities, décor and supplies are upscale, we even had to buy one of her soaps (Gingerbread Bakery.) Her communication during our stay was fast & pleasant; she even checked on us because of the snow and had the driveway plowed twice. Entry was smooth & easy; being able to park in the garage was a plus. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio & sunsets! Thank you, Shannon & family!

Delightful Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the views from the property. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the nearby horses, and made a point to be “home” in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.
