Very clean and good customer service. We did enjoy our stay. However, there were five of us.. we didn’t have enough towels or blankets. A tiny trash can that we filled in the first night. I do agree it’s not necessary to come in and clean every day. But I shouldn’t have to keep going downstairs for things we need. They need to set up a package or something that they drop off in the morning and take the trash. Stuff like.. ENOUGH towels for each person, shampoo/conditioner/soap, coffee, and trashbags. 4 days and 3 nights, and was only given the amenities for the first day and anything after that we had to go bother the front desk for. Breakfast was pretty good, however the older woman serving in the morning was the only employee I came across that could use some education on customer service and friendliness.

The hotel was close to the airport and the room was updated and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. When I went to use the blow dryer it smelled as though it was burning and then quit working. My husband went to the front desk and asked for a replacement. They said someone would be up in 5 minutes. We waited and no one came. My husband returned to the front desk and they apologized and said they would send someone up. We waited again, and no one came. By then it was 8 p.m. and we had not had dinner so we gave up and went out. The next morning we went to check out and no one was at the front desk and there was no way to ring anyone, so we had to wait a bit until someone showed up. It seemed as though it was short-staffed.
